Our services are advisory in nature. We help students and parents understand available admission pathways, make informed decisions, prepare application materials, and navigate the admission process. We do not control or influence institutional admission decisions.

VidyaSetu Admission is an independent educational guidance and academic advisory consultancy. Unless explicitly verified in writing, VidyaSetu is not an official representative, authorized enrollment office, or agent of any central, state, deemed, or private university. Our advisory services are provided directly to students and parents.

VidyaSetu Admission does not have access to internal institutional seat allocation systems, merit list preparation processes, or examination result databases.

Students and parents using VidyaSetu Admission services agree to:

• Provide accurate and complete academic information.
• Keep their own copies of all important application documents.
• Independently verify critical deadlines, eligibility criteria, and institutional requirements directly with the respective institution or official authority.
• Make their own informed decisions regarding course and institution selection.
• Not misuse VSA guidance or misrepresent VSA's advisory role to any institution.

By providing academic information to VidyaSetu Admission during the advisory process, you warrant that such information is accurate, complete, and authentic to the best of your knowledge.

Document review performed by VidyaSetu Admission constitutes administrative scrutiny to verify completeness, legibility, and compliance with published institutional checklists. VidyaSetu does not provide legal notarization or forensic document verification. Clients warrant that all documents submitted are authentic, unaltered, and legally valid.

Final admission decisions, cut-off ranks, merit lists, and seat allocations are determined solely and exclusively by the respective universities, institutions, and government-appointed counselling authorities in accordance with applicable statutory eligibility, reservation norms, and official regulations. VidyaSetu Admission exercises no executive control over institutional admission decisions.

VidyaSetu Admission guidance is provided to support your decision-making process and does not constitute a guarantee of any specific admission outcome.

VidyaSetu Admission does not guarantee admission, seat allocation, cut-off qualification, examination scores, scholarship grants, hostel room allocation, or post-degree employment. Higher education admissions are competitive and contingent upon student performance and institutional criteria.

Any guidance provided regarding probable admission possibilities is based on available information at the time of consultation and is subject to change based on institutional rule changes, applicant volume, and official policy updates.

All fees paid to VidyaSetu Admission represent professional compensation for educational advisory, profile assessment, research, and application guidance services only. University tuition fees, examination fees, government counselling portal registration charges, laboratory deposits, hostel dues, and living expenses are strictly separate and must be paid directly by the student or parent to the respective institutions.

VidyaSetu Admission service fees are for professional advisory, research, and process guidance services only. No portion of VSA service fees is transmitted to any institution on behalf of the client.

The scope of services included in each package is as described in the current published package information on this website. Package descriptions and inclusions are subject to change. Specific deliverable commitments for an active client engagement are governed by the signed service agreement.

Field exposure, expert interaction, and internship facilitation under the VSA Red Carpet tier are subject to candidate eligibility, timing, and host organization availability. VidyaSetu does not guarantee corporate placement, job offers, or confirmed internship appointments.

Client communication for advisory support is primarily conducted via WhatsApp and scheduled consultation sessions as per the applicable package. Response times and availability windows are as agreed at the time of onboarding.

Student wellbeing support provided under applicable packages is strictly educational and non-clinical in nature, focusing on campus orientation, academic transition, and stress management guidance. VidyaSetu staff are not licensed mental health practitioners or clinical therapists. Where specialized mental health care is needed, clients will be referred to qualified external medical professionals.

This website may contain links to university portals, government counselling platforms, regulatory authority websites, and other external resources. These links are provided for informational convenience only.

VidyaSetu Admission does not endorse, control, or take responsibility for the content, accuracy, or policies of any third-party website.

The VidyaSetu Admission name, logo, brand identity, website content, and advisory methodology are proprietary. No part of this website's content may be reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

General educational content published on this website for public benefit may be shared with appropriate attribution.

You agree not to use this website or VidyaSetu Admission services to:

We are not responsible for changes in institutional eligibility rules, cut-off shifts, policy changes announced after consultation, or outcomes resulting from the student's or parent's independent decisions.

VidyaSetu Admission reserves the right to update these Terms of Service, modify service offerings, adjust package inclusions, or discontinue specific services with reasonable notice.
